Live Arrival Guarantee

Livestock

All Livestock has a live arrival guarantee. Any livestock that are dead on arrival will be replaced or refunded depending on availability. Proof may be requested in the form of a photograph.

If an invertebrate that you have received was to die within twenty-four hours of arrival, we may be able to provide a replacement or refund. This will depend on the circumstances and will require proof in the form of a photograph.

Plants

Any plants that arrive damage should be reported on the day of arrival. They will be replaced or refunded depending on availability. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the dead or damaged plant.
